bakit ba?

I'm actually referring to most of my batchmates sa MatE.

Well of course, mas madaming gastos ang mga babae. Hair, make-up, shoes, dress, bag. Pero naman! This is the only formal occasion we'll ever see each other in! Except weddings... but geez! That would be in 3-5 years, maybe even 10! Hay nako... Naiinis naman ako. I still have to address a speech there so hindi ako pwedeng hindi pumunta!!! At alanganamang wala akong kasama... Argh!

Bakit ba ang KJ ng mga tao? Naiinis ka na ba sa rants ko? Sorry, dude! La lang... Hay...

so little time, so much to do

So little time so much to do, I’d rather spend my days with you.
So little time so much to do, I’d like to spend one day with you.
And if that day is not enough, maybe we can stay in touch
But I’m not making plans for tomorrow, for tomorrow never comes.

How many times will this song be playing in my head??? ARKARNA ROCKS! nyahaha!

Biyernes. TGIF!!! Was somewhat productive. Went to school to meet people I'd have to talk to. And was finally convinced that I can do several other things I'd want to while taking up a Master's degree. I have so many plans and I've learned how to put them all together. The only problem is, I still have some other stuff I need to take care of. Our thesis adviser's gonna kill us. We still haven't submitted our book-bound thesis paper! Nyehehe. May grade na kasi eh. The only consequence is that we don't get cleared, thus, we don't get our transcript. We don't need it yet, anyway. Bad bad bad. Hehe. Then there's Eng'g Choir practice for the graduation! We'll be singing in a week and we'll only start practicing the piece tomorrow, rather later this afternoon! Kinakabahan na ko, sa totoo lang. This is MY graduation we're talking about! My batchmates. My teachers. My parents. People I actually know. People who actually know me. Bawal magkalat! Waaahhh!! I'm just so friggin' scared. Thanks to my cousin who's willing to help us go through all of this! I just hope everything turns out great. I wouldn't want this day be the unforgettable graduation because of the Eng'g Choir's infamy. Then I'd have to prepare all practice materials. Speaking of graduation, I'd still have to buy a dress or two for 23 and 24. And my sablay. And my shoes for that one. And my grad ball shoes too. Good thing I know where to get my formal dress for the ball. Too many things to buy!!! And to top it all off, I'd have to burn some fat to keep that dress the way it should be plus get my beauty sleep. Haha! And that means I'd have to sign off now...

Hit you guys back soon. Hope I won't be too busy not to blog in the next couple of days.

wanna cut my head off

Since Tuesday this week, i've had a bad case of painful, mindwrecking, unexplainable, neuron-related condition known as headache. Martes. One hell of a day. Took care of my graduation requirements, had an important meeting, took a company exam, watched Hide & Seek, had my first tutorial session with a young tutee who looks like my good ol' friend Camilk, chaperoned while drinking coffee, and stayed over my friend's house. And don't forget I spent over 500 bucks in 12 hrs! Geez... Pag nakawala ka nga naman. Hehe. But it also has been a blessing in disguise... I made an incredible discovery! Whenever I stayed over people's places, I've had difficulty sleeping even if I'm really exhausted, and my body just wants to lie down and rest. I thought it has something to do with being in a place that is not home. What they would call namamahay. And that Tuesday, I just couldn't get it. It was already 2 in the morning and i just felt restless! I told Karen, the friend who took me in that night, about it. And she explained, "Nagkape ka kasi." And then I realized that almost always, I drank Capuccino or Peppermint Mocha or any coffee from Starbucks before getting to people's places. Walan-jo! Yun lang pala yun! And I thought there was some kind of uneasiness attached with staying over people's places. Darn it! I slept at 4am! Argh!

Miyerkules. Blockmates, classmates, orgmates and friends of June Sata Jr. gathered to pay our respects to his deceased father. What a sad, unfortunate event. We felt June's agony, the pain of losing a loved one. But we stayed there to support him even just with simple recollections. Reminiscing throughout the night, laughing our way down memory lane til 5am. Then we went home, road tripping. Sleepy heads colliding. Talk about oversleep. My head hurt it just wanted to blow up. But then it didn't coz why would I be writing here now, would I? Teehee.

Huwebes. My head still hurt. It's like the pain's getting through my eyes that it got swollen or something. So weird. That day, I just stayed at home. I felt useless... I wouldn't move. I wouldn't eat. I didn't even last an hour in front of the PC. A blockmate even asked me to go drink with them that night but I didn't need it, and I couldn't stand up. It was as if I was hungover on my own. Man, I missed the fun there!

It's Friday now, and guess what? I'm feeling a little better now. But, my head still hurts. Hehe.

bumming around

It's only been a few days since the deadline for filing of grades... Before that, we burned our asses off to meet requirements, we had sleepless nights trying to finish our thesis drafts, we OD'd on coffee, extra joss and red bull, we begged before our professors, we worried about our exam scores, we stayed overnight in Mcdo/Jollibee Philcoa to study. And now, we have nothing else to do. Or that is what I think... I have nothing else to do than just bum around. But in fact, I still have a clean list of tasks. Haven't updated it. Why? Because there is no updating to do. Hehe.

For almost a week now, I've been doing things I was deprived of before that damn deadline. I'm slowly becoming a couch potato - watching Friends, Joey, CSI, even Willy Revillame's noontime show, Reality TV, Animal Planet, and some movies on DVD like Taxi, Alexander, Ladder 49, iRobot while munching on some chips, eating halo-halo, saging con yelo... Even my lunch or dinner is eaten in front of that screen. And for most of the time, I'm sitting in front of the computer, chatting with friends, surfing the net, and just recently, creating my own blog while having cold drinks. Man, am I gonna grow fat doing this all summer!!

I've been sleeping at around 2 in the morning and waking up no earlier than 10am. Ang sarap matulog!!! That's especially when you don't need to be somewhere at 8:30, not needing to listen to your instructors/professors, not trying to scribble on your notebook, not fighting the urge to sleep on the lessons.

Ang saya-saya!!! Just waiting for April 23 for the Recognition Rites and April 24 for the University Graduation. And I can't wait for the graduation blowouts, the out-of-town trips, swimming, malling, watching movies with friends. Let's enjoy every bit of the vacation before we get back to the real world! Kudos to all the graduates like me! Omedetou gozaimasu!
